Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for STEP, talent must meet the following criteria
1 EXPERIENCE
Have experience working with both startups and established tech companies.
2 EFFORT
Have clocked approximately 5000+ (3+ years) working hours in their career.
3 VERSATILITY
Have been involved in various projects, from e-commerce platforms and content management systems to custom web applications.
4 LOCATION
Must be located within geolocations of Enugu, Rivers or Ekiti states.
5 INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY

6 TEAM PLAYER
Have experience working in a cross-functional team.
